Please congratulate Jeanie Hurd and Kaitlyn Otto when you see them. Both received gold key awards at the very competitive Scholastic Art and Writing Awards.
Jeanie received a golden key award for two of her works of art, a charcoal drawing and mixed media visual journal. Kaitlyn received a golden key award for her still life drawing. Three golden keys at once is a TK first for us, so we are very excited! Artwork will be displayed at Kendall College of Art and Design from January 4-27. If you are in downtown GR over break, make sure to stop in and see this great exhibit. The artwork will go on to the national competition this spring!
